Course Description
Master of Business Administration (Hospitality Management) is a full-time degree programme delivered by Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College and awarded by University of Wales through validation. The MBA programme will offer international students an opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in relation to key areas of management in hospitality industries.
This is a 21 month programme including a salaried 9 month work placement in the hospitality management industry. The work placement support student learning and will be a central integrating aspect of the MBA and a driver of student development. The Work Placement Team will guide students in finding these positions.

Work Placements
This course includes a salaried work placement in the hospitality industry. The students’ progression during the work placement is monitored by an assigned course tutor. The placement may be situated anywhere in the UK and students can expect a gross salary of approximately £200 for 40 hours of work per week.
Student placements have included positions with:
Renaissance Hotel, Chancery Hotel, The Ritz, Millennium Hotel Mayfair, Ramada Jarvis Hotels, Sheraton Hotel, Park Lane Hilton and Dorchester Hotels and The Washington Mayfair Hotel.
Methods of Assessment
Assessment will be through a mixture of assignments, formal examinations and the Business Issues Report in the research module.
Qualification
On successful completion of the programme you will be awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Hospitality Management) by the University of Wales.
Entry Requirements
A relevant honours degree obtained at a recognised university together with 2 years relevant work experience.
For students whose first language is not English an English language score of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is required.
Duration
This is a 21 months programme, full-time comprising 9-month of teaching at the College followed by a 9-month work placement in the hospitality industry.

Tuition Fee
The full fee for this 21 months programme is £6,000 and includes tuition, examination and basic teaching materials.
